Game Crashes Cannot complete VIP Escort

    Hello every one..!!!
    I am new to this forum, and am completely in love with this mod.

    I am using the Police Pursuit Mod v7.6d in my GTA 4 running the v1.0.7.0 patch.
    When i accept the VIP Escort Mission, I can play till i drive near the red marker(THE CONVOY FOR ESCORT).
    Once i get near the convoy, the game freezes and a popup appears stating that GTA IV.exe has closed.

    Please help me resolve my prob...!!!!
